Terms of Use

EZMOD is published by Quiro AI LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use EZMOD.

You must be at least 16. If you are under 18 (or under the age of adulthood where you live), you need a parent or guardian's permission before you subscribe, and they are responsible for the payment.

You must give true information and keep your login to yourself. One account is for one person.

EZMOD and Apollo give training, nutrition and lifestyle guidance. It is not medical advice, and Apollo is not a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist. Talk to a health professional before you start or change a training or eating plan, especially if you are injured, pregnant, have a medical condition or a history of eating disorders.

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You choose what you do and how hard you push. Stop if something hurts or feels wrong. You use EZMOD at your own risk.

Apollo, Kairos, meal estimates, Form Check and your plan are made by AI. They can be wrong: a calorie count can be off, a form comment can miss something. Use your judgment. We set limits in code on what the AI can change, but we don't promise any result.

New members get a 7-day free trial. We ask for a card to start it and charge nothing during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the plan you picked starts and renews automatically:

Taxes such as VAT may be added at checkout, depending on where you live. Payments are handled by Whop and its payment provider. We may change prices for future periods and will tell you before the change reaches you. Members who subscribed before October 15, 2026 stay on the plan and the price they signed up for (a monthly plan at $39 or €39, or a 3-month plan at $87 or €87) for as long as they keep it.

You can cancel any time from Billing in the app or from your Whop account. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you aren't charged again.

Charges already made are not refunded, including for unused time, except where the law says otherwise. If you live in the EU or the UK and mandatory consumer law gives you a right to withdraw or to a refund, this clause doesn't take it away.

If something is wrong with a charge, or you want to dispute one, email contact@quiroai.com first, before contacting your bank. We'll look at it and answer you.

You are responsible for what happens on your account. To delete it, email contact@quiroai.com from the address on your account (see the Privacy Policy). Signing out is in Settings.

You keep the rights to what you post (clips, photos, text). You give us a licence to store it, process it and show it in the app as you choose — for example in the feed — for as long as you keep it there.

You must own or have permission for what you post. Don't post anything illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing or dangerous, anything showing someone else without their consent, or a fake proof of a lift, a level or a result. Cheating the game (fake reps, fake clips, several accounts) is not allowed.

Proofs and posts can be reviewed by our team. We can refuse, hide or remove content, adjust XP, ranks or levels that were earned unfairly, and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Some people get free access (early members, partners, promotions). It is a courtesy, not a right, and we can end it if it's abused or the programme ends. Partners and affiliates are paid by Whop under the terms they accepted there.

The app, its design, the ranks, Apollo's personality and our exercise catalogue belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to use EZMOD, not to copy, resell or scrape them, or to reverse-engineer the app or use bots against it.

You can stop using EZMOD at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other people or the service, or doesn't pay. If we close a paid account without a fault of yours, we refund the unused part of the current period.

EZMOD is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Quiro AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for injury from training you choose to do, or for decisions you make from AI output, and our total liability for anything related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits a liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, including your mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, except that if you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another place with mandatory consumer protection, you keep the protection of your own country's law and can bring a claim in the courts where you live.

For any dispute, please email contact@quiroai.com first and give us a chance to solve it.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies; if you keep using EZMOD after that, you accept it. The date at the top shows the latest version.
